The use of the Ease Air Vacations website and its contents is governed by the terms and conditions outlined below. We encourage you to thoroughly review the Terms & Conditions before making any bookings or using this website for other transactions. By utilizing this website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with our Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using this website. We retain the right to modify or update these terms and conditions as required.

Fundamental Terms of Use

The services and products of Ease Air Vacations are subject to full payment for your reservation being received before the scheduled flight departure; definitive ticketing will not be processed until we have received complete payment.

We reserve the right to take action at any time for the following reasons:

  • Booking Cancellation: If a booking is canceled before the scheduled departure date, we will only be partially responsible for the refund.
  • Schedule Changes: We reserve the right to revoke, alter, change, or adjust any travel schedule that we have posted. In such cases, we will not be held liable for any additional costs, compensation, or losses incurred by the traveler or group.
  • Authority Over Terms: We alone have the authority to add, modify, or revoke any description, assurance, or terms and conditions.

Rights of the Traveler:

  • To proceed with the trip or vacation after any necessary modifications or changes.
  • To accept any alternative airline ticket provided by us.
  • However, we disclaim all responsibility for any further costs, losses, or damages incurred by the traveler or group under these circumstances.

Ease Air Vacations will not be responsible to the passenger or group for the following:

  • Any increased costs, losses, delays, illness, injury, accidents, or consequential damages resulting from mishaps or similar incidents.
  • Any failure or negligence on the part of the airline, travel service providers, or any agent or representative tasked with arranging transportation, meals, lodging, or other services for the passenger or group.
  • Any liability on our part arising from this agreement concerning any trip or vacation will not exceed the total amount paid or the sum agreed upon for the same, and it will not include any additional costs or consequential damages of any kind.
  • All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) or the equivalent in other currencies. We reserve the right to adjust these prices at any time due to currency fluctuations or increases in airfare prior to travel. The traveler or group will be required to cover these additional costs if necessary.
  • All travel documents, including passports and visas required for the trip or vacation, are the sole responsibility of the passenger or group. We will not be held liable for any losses resulting from incorrect or expired travel documents, nor will we be responsible for any associated costs incurred.
  • If a travel protection plan is ordered, the cost will be borne by the individual or group and is not included in the ticket price.
  • The passenger's or group's travel schedule is subject to the prevailing laws, rules, and regulations. Any changes in travel arrangements resulting from acts of God, terrorism, or any other incident not caused by us or our affiliated providers will not be our responsibility.
  • If there are any complaints, the traveler or group must submit them in writing within 21 days following the end of the tour or vacation. We will not accept complaints or claims after this period.

Guidelines for Any Type of Dispute

Ease Air Vacations is committed to delivering high-quality services to travelers. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If an issue arises regarding our products or services, we will aim to resolve it swiftly. However, you may file claims as per the procedures outlined in these Terms & Conditions should we be unable to resolve any dispute.

  • By utilizing mediation to seek relief.
  • By seeking justice in a small claims court.

Except for small claims, which you may bring individually in court if eligible, we will attempt to resolve any disputes through mediation instead of going to court. This applies to any lawsuit filed against us or any other partner agency.

In mediation, there is no requirement for a judge or jury. Additionally, the court's review of the mediation award is limited. However, a mediator may grant damages and relief in a manner similar to a court of law in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The American Arbitration Association (AAA) will mediate these disputes according to its rules, including the AAA Consumer Rules. The passenger may choose to have the mediation conducted in person in their state, at a mutually agreed-upon location, by phone, or based on previous written submissions. Any court with the appropriate authority can validate the mediation decision.

Restricted Activities

While creating a limited number of copies of your schedules, you agree not to transfer, license, reproduce, publish, perform, display, distribute, transmit, copy, modify, or sell any proprietary information, goods, services, or software obtained from our website or our partners. You also agree not to use our website for any other commercial activities and to comply with all legal restrictions. If you do so, we will cancel your tour or vacation reservation and may file a lawsuit against you, for which you will be responsible for all associated costs.

Fees and Taxes

Government taxes, levies, and relevant airline fees are included in your travel costs. Tickets are priced according to the applicable tax rates at the time of booking. Any increases in the tax rate will be paid by the traveler. For international flights, entry or exit fees may apply, which are not included in the ticket price. If multiple airlines are involved in your trip, a non-refundable charge per ticket will be added to the airline fare. Please review the additional information below.

Online or Phone Ticket Processing Fee:

When making reservations through our agents or online, a processing fee will apply. For domestic bookings within the US, the processing fee is $25, while for international bookings, the fee is $75.

Fees for Paper Tickets:

If your itinerary requires paper tickets, we will charge a shipping and handling fee. If you do not receive your paper ticket through no fault of ours, you will be responsible for paying an additional re-handling fee.

Itinerary Modifications/Cancellations/Refunds:

Based on the relevant airline fare rules, passengers may be required to pay an airline change fee ranging from $200 to $300 USD per ticket to make itinerary changes. Ease Air Vacations will also charge a processing fee for any modifications made through us.

Baggage and Additional Supplementary Airline Fees:

According to airline baggage policies, exceeding the allowed free checked luggage may result in additional charges to the airlines at the airport.

Entry/Exit Taxes:

Governments or airports may impose entry/exit taxes for travelers to enter or leave the country. These fees are not included in the ticket price and must be paid in addition to the airfare.

General Guidelines

As noted above, these terms and conditions are separate. However, if any provision is found to be unlawful or invalid, it will be enforced to the maximum extent allowed by law, and this will not affect the enforceability of any other provisions. Ease Air Vacations reserves the right to limit or restrict users' and customers' access to all or part of the website at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
